Ibhayi Business Centre, Walmer Port Elizabeth
With more and more requests from our corporate clients for business meeting facilities in our town Lodges, our existing facilities have been hard-pressed to meet the demand. Thanks to our property investment team, we picked up a great property adjoining Ibhayi Lodge in 2008, and in July 2009, the Lion Roars team proudly opened our brand-new Ibhayi Business Centre next door to Ibhayi Lodge, at 26 9th Avenue Walmer.
With two well-equipped and flexibly furnished business meeting rooms, Ibhayi offers meeting and conferencing facilities for up to 70 delegates. Standard equipment in both rooms includes data projection facilities & equipment, wireless LAN, whiteboards, flipcharts, as well as TV & DVD. In addition, we offer scrumptious catering options customised and priced to meet our clients' particular needs.
What makes us particularly proud of our new venue is its setting. Not only the central, accessible position in Walmer, but also the Business Centre's setting in a beautiful leafy garden, makes it stand out from the rest. With lots of sunlight and natural daylight in each room, and our signature warm hospitality, meeting at Ibhayi is a relaxing and stress-free getaway experience.
And of course, being as close as it is to Ibhayi Lodge, the Business Centre offers ample accommodation for out-of-town delegates as well. With 10 kingsize suites and 2 family suites, all comfortably appointed and equipped with kitchenette facilities, Ibhayi Lodge offers superb corporate accommodation to complement our Business Centre activities.

Offered at Hlosi & Bukela Game Lodges, 80km from Port Elizabeth, these packages are designed to provide not only spectacular conferencing venues, but also to provide a rejuvenating and inspiring wildlife experience for delegates.
Over the past twenty years the spectacular stretch of rolling hills and unspoilt coastline between Port Elizabeth and Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape has undergone a remarkable transformation. Working with government, local business and conservation authorities, a generations-old Eastern Cape farming community has developed into a vibrant and internationally-renowned wildlife conservation initiative stretching about 150km along the coastal N2.
At the heart of this visionary reclamation area is the 7000 hectare, malaria-free Amakhala Conservancy. Here, lion, cheetah, rhino, leopard, elephant, giraffe, zebra and buffalo range freely on the land they were driven from generations before.
